Your library stays yours
Rips, purchases, lectures, and home video live in Offly as files. There is no Offly account and no Offly cloud. If you delete the app, imported copies leave with it. Linked folders stay where you put them.
Free Local files · No streaming
Offly plays the MP3, FLAC, and video files you already own. Add them once. Then the phone keeps going on a plane, in a basement, or in the car without a data connection.
Public beta on TestFlight. Spoken as Off-lee.
Local files
Streaming apps cache a catalog they still control. An offline music player is the other model. You keep the files. The app is there to organize them, remember your place, and play them when the network is gone.

Once a title is on the device, or in a linked folder you can reach without a network, Offly plays it. CarPlay, widgets, and Siri talk to that same local library.
Four doors
Import from the Files app or Photos. Those copies sit in On This Device.
Link a folder, including iCloud Drive. Offly plays those files where they are and does not duplicate the folder onto the phone just to list it.
Share via Wi-Fi from a Mac or PC on the same network. Open the local page in Safari or Chrome, or scan the QR code. Guest networks usually fail. Keep Offly open while you transfer.
Songs already downloaded in Apple’s Music app can join the library. That is local files on this device, not Apple Music streaming inside Offly.
Audio and video
Offly is a media player, not a music-only app. Audio and video share one library, with search across titles, people, and formats.
Away from the desk
The same offline library shows up on CarPlay as Continue, Library, Playlists, and Favorites. Say “Hey Siri, continue in Offly” from the lock screen. Pin a cassette widget if you want transport without opening the app.
The ten-band equalizer, 1 to 10 second crossfade, and a 5 to 60 minute sleep timer stay with the file on the way to the speaker.
Free No account to play your files
Offly is free to use on iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later. Get the public beta on TestFlight, then import a folder you already trust.
